A summary of the project (CENSUS, UNICODE, IDN):

Part I - Census of languages and scripts in Africa regardless which one we will select or not - Assess the global need of Africa Community - Study on the current situation of languages and
scripts in Africa - Written languages, oral languages, etc..

Part II - Codification with Unicode - Tables variants Decide about the phasing approach of the global project. Through a pilot project , select some languages to go through the registration process of UNICODE. Make the approach systematic, so other countries will use it as the formal process.

Part III - Experimentation with IDN - Implementation at the second level with ccTLDs (one or two)
This is a parallel process for selected languages if they are already in the UNICODE table.
